STIPULATIONS:
If signing is cancelled prior to departure, PRINT FEE is still due and payable.
If borrowers refuse to sign at appointment, Confirmed Fee (incl. Print Fee) less $50 signing fee is due and payable.
If signing is completed satisfactorily, full Confirmed Fee (incl. Print Fee) is due and payable and is NOT dependent upon Loan Funding.
Please Note: Your hiring of Notary for services constitutes agreement with these listed fees and stipulations. A Notary Public is a sworn public official of the state, and as such is allowed redress for the withholding and/or nonpayment of notarial services which constitutes theft, punishable as a civil criminal act.
